چکیده

As a foundation and important pillar of national governance, timely assessment local fiscal sustainability can identify risks pressures, furthermore, it prevent from causing systemic financial provide stable environment for high-quality economic development building new pattern. Based on the panel data 246 prefecture-level cities 2008 to 2019, this paper firstly elaborates at theoretical level, secondly constructs reflection function empirically measure sustainability, finally uses DEA-Malmquist index method expenditure efficiency value fe,and fe government's The "effective space" governments in China is measured with help fe. measurement results show that most regions have high space, i.e. strong sustainability.
